- Anchovies - 100g
- Chilli Stock - 25g
- Sugar - 40g
Preparation Method :
- Toast / Fry anchovies and peanuts.
- Fry sliced onions and garlics.
- Heat oil and sauteed Chilli Stock using low heat.
- Add sugar then fry till crispy.
