Introducing Enigma by Eversys. The new E’line, now called ‘Enigma’, has the official slogan of ‘Decoding the DNA of Coffee’. Enigma includes two new machine models, which concentrate on compelling aesthetics coupled with in cup quality and consistency, designed to express the true origin of coffee, inspired by Eversys’ imperative to stay true to its company values, its vision and its customers.

Our ambition to continuously expand the space between the worlds of super automatic and traditional machines has inspired us to take it a step further. We wanted to achieve this by introducing new aesthetics, design components and colour to create a more dynamic space in line with our own Super Traditional philosophy. 

Other features include e'Levelling, the new 1.5-Step milk arm, a new brewing module, a traditional metal coffee outlet, a faster and more efficient operating system as well as larger touch screens that can host a wider variety of recipes.

!! Warranty Details !!

1. 1-Year Warranty for manufacturer defects

2. The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, any misuse or abuse under normal usage.

3. All warranty claims must be sent back to ( Grocerymart.com.my - Office here ), and the buyer is in full responsibility of all shipping charges to and from.

4. In the case that you have received the product damaged, all claims must be made within 7 days and a complaint must be submitted to us within that period.

5. For services and breakdowns, users can send the product back to us for repairs but will bear all delivery and courier charges. Upon completion of repair as per Job Sheet, warranty only covers 30 days for the same problem upon returning the unit back to the user.

6. Any spare parts will be charged separately if the warranty has been expired.
