How to Prepare :
- Mix 1 part of Karaage Powder (200g) with 2 parts of water (400ml), stir well to make smooth batter.
- Dip food such as sliced potato, brinjal, onion ring, chicken, shrimp or etc. in the batter. Coat the battered food with Karaage powder.
- Fry the coated food in cooking oil at temperature between 180'C to 200'C until golden brown.
