Pau Mix 450g, Water 200ml, Shortening 23g, Instant Yeast 5.5g
How to Prepare :
1. Mix all ingredients except shortening at slow speed for 1 min.
2. Add shortening and mix at fast speed for 5 mins or until dough is smooth.
3. Rest dough 10 mins.
4. Divide dough into 60g each, round and place it on a piece of paper.
5. Proof dough till double in size.
6. Steam in bamboo tray for 15 mins.
